Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 7 to 12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees: delays can occasionally happen due to customs, carrier issues or peak seasons.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders.

Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on the origin of your shipment, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. Any amount that applies is set by the authorities and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, is the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please reach out through our contact page and we will help you as quickly as possible.
